Consultation
Service Description
The one on one consultation is the first step in the process. Here we will sit down together and go over any questions you may be having about the session or rest of the process. We will also go over the details concerning the day of the shoot, plans for the shoot and everything that comes after leading up to you getting your images!
Cancellation Policy
The Client may cancel this contract at any time up to 7 days prior to the scheduled date of the session. To do so, Clients must send a written cancellation notice via email or certified mail. The Client hereby forfeits their initial deposit in case of cancellation, and agree to pay the full amount for the services listed above should they cancel this portrait photography contract within the 7 days before the scheduled date of the session. The Client may reschedule the date of the portrait shoot listed above no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled date of the session with the written approval of Cooper Graham Photography LLC. Should Cooper Graham Photography LLC be unable to accommodate the Client's rescheduled date, the Client will not be held responsible for the remaining balance of this portrait photography contract, but will forfeit their initial deposit.
